HOME WORKOUT + MASSAGE £50

Get a 1 hr full workout and a 30 minute post work out massage to help with relaxing your muscles and DOMS.

1 hr full workout includes:

  • Warm up
  • Dynamic / static stretches
  • Exercises performed for specific equipment in expertise skills* category, or range of exercises with range of equipment focused on fitness goal e.g full body toning, weight loss, LBT
  • Cool down

Expertise skills* ( boxing, suspension trainer, kettlebells )

30 min post workout massage includes; effleurage, petrissage, tapotement massage techniques to the neck, shoulder, back, arms or legs. Can be all body parts or a focused area as long as within the time-frame.
